2546861e4b Add library symbol for through-hole WS2812 LEDs. 
There isn't a real datasheet for this device, although the product
page is here:
https://www.adafruit.com/product/1938

This symbol is meant to be used with the existing footprint
"LEDs:LED_D5.0mm-4", and the pinout is chosen accordingly.  I don't
think this symbol can be used for SMT WS2812 LEDs, because I believe
the pinout is different.

Unfortunately, it doesn't give any clue what the metadata error is.

37fe5f84ee Schematic symbol for RECOM R-78E-0.5 buck converters.

checklib.py complains:
Checking symbol 'R-78E5.0-0.5':
  Violating Rule 4.5 - Pin orientation
    Wherever possible, pins should be arranged by function
    Positive power pins should be placed at top of symbol

But, this seems to be the same pin arrangement used by the other DC-DC
converters.
