I have simply renamed the files to a more Kicad-ish format.

Corresponding footprint files are currently under pull-request at - https://github.com/KiCad/Terminal_Blocks.pretty/pulls

The following series of Pheonix terminal blocks have been added:
PT 3.5mm pitch
MKDS 1.5mm pitch
MPT 2.54mm pitch
