Unit B had incorrect numbering, preventing the symbol from being usable
with real DPDT switch footprints. This gives the symbol the correct pin
numbering so that no pins are shared between units.
Additionally, I added an footprint filter to the same symbol.
2. Move the SW-pins to the switch symbol and all the inputs to the left
3. Rename the device to the actual name from a manufacturer, and added alias for other compatible parts
