Update rfcom.lib and stm8.lib to match Library Convention rules
...
* The pins had been aligned to 100mil grid (keeping previous location
where it possible)
* Pin numbers and names changed to 50mil height.
* Fields changed to 50mil height.
* Two symbols in stm8.lib has been significally altered.
