Patrick Pelletier be65e600f7 Change description of G5LE-1 to make checklib.py happy. 
error was:

Checking symbol 'G5LE-1':
  Violating Rule 4.10 - Part metadata
    Part meta-data is filled in as appropriate
    Component G5LE-1 has metadata errors:
     - Symbol name should not be included in description

Running "checklib.py -v -c G5LE-1 library/relays.lib" results in:

Unfortunately, it doesn't give any clue what the metadata error is.

Patrick Pelletier 37fe5f84ee Schematic symbol for RECOM R-78E-0.5 buck converters.

checklib.py complains:
Checking symbol 'R-78E5.0-0.5':
  Violating Rule 4.5 - Pin orientation
    Wherever possible, pins should be arranged by function
    Positive power pins should be placed at top of symbol

But, this seems to be the same pin arrangement used by the other DC-DC
converters.

- Changed SDA pins from OC to BIDI
- Changed BQ78350's SCL pin from OC to BIDI according to datasheet  (device can also act as master)
- Changed names of MCP73871's VIN/VOUT pins according to datasheet
