EFM8BB10F8G-A-QFN20: Prepend "SiliconLabs_" to footprint name.

In the footprint PR, it was determined that "SiliconLabs_" should be
prepended to the footprint name for the QFN-20 package, due to the
unusual corner pads.  This updates the schematic symbol to use the new
footprint name.
